We really love this unique film-within-in-a-film, and if you like mysteries, thrillers, or movies-about-movies, we think you will, too. A director (the film’s actual director and writer, Bruce Pittman) decides to remake a little-known Russian film noir and becomes obsessed with finding the perfect femme fatale. A struggling actress finally wins the part…and becomes obsessed with the character she is to portray.
